Consultation and document review are available in English, Russian, Uzbek, and Azerbaijani — you can send reports in any of these languages and medical translation is part of the free service, with no need to translate anything yourself first. Individual doctors' own spoken languages vary by physician — ask which languages the physicians proposed for your case actually speak, and confirm it in the consultation itself.
