Under the planned model (a stated policy — partner contracts are not yet signed), hospitals pay a fixed fee because the service brings them documented international cases with complete files already prepared — cheaper for a hospital than running its own international-patient advertising and intake. That fee is designed to be identical regardless of which hospital ultimately wins a case, so there is no financial incentive to steer any patient toward any particular hospital.
