1. What we collect
Contact details you share (name, messenger handle, language) and the medical documents you send for review. We ask for the minimum needed to present your case to a tumor board and obtain quotes — nothing is collected in the background.
2. Who sees your data
Your named coordinator and the reviewing physicians. Hospitals receive your case anonymized — no name, no contacts — until you approve a quote and consent in writing to the admission paperwork. We never sell data or share it with advertisers.
3. Storage and deletion
Files are stored on encrypted infrastructure and are never touched by analytics. On request we delete your files and case record within 30 days and confirm the deletion in writing.
4. Your rights
You may request a copy, correction, or deletion of your data at any time via care@oncologyistanbul.com. Processing follows the Turkish KVKK and, where applicable, the GDPR; you may also complain to your local supervisory authority.
